Talks start at 7:30pm on 2nd and 4th Tuesday evenings October to March (but not the 4th Tuesday in December).

Saturday 25th October, 10.30am until lunchtime. Afterwards if you wish at your leisure.
Fungi with National Fungi expert and author Geoffrey Kibby at Bretts Wood (NWT).
Description: Note: people usually wish they had brought refreshments/lunch
with them.
Where &Parking: From Fakenham take the A148 towards Holt,
approximately 1km(0.6miles) after the Green Man Pub near Little Snoring.
Entrance is on the left just before a roadside belt of beech trees. Access is on

December 2025
Indoor Event –
Tuesday 9th December, talks start at 7:30pm.
Talk by Carl Chapman – Norfolk Whales and Whaling.
Description: Carl Chapman will talk about the writing and research he completed for
the latest NNNS Occasional Publication: Norfolk’s Whales and Whaling.
This is the largest review of the county’s cetaceans ever completed and has involved
many years of research including visits to museums finding long lost specimens.
